Performance Guarantee SERVICE Forklifts, Inc. provides 24/7/365 service and will respond to your emergency service within (2) hours during normal working days; (4) hours on after hours and holidays, or the zone charge will be waived. All workmanship supplied by Forklifts, Inc. will be warranted for 90 days/500 hours, whichever occurs first, including travel time. Does not include customer supplied parts. PARTS Forklifts, Inc. will warrant all new parts a minimum of 90 days/500 hours, whichever occurs first. All rebuilt parts will be warranted for 30 days/150 hours, whichever occurs first. Certain manufacturers and suppliers offer extended warranties. When offered, Forklifts, Inc. will provide that warranty to the purchaser. Forklifts, Inc. will supply the replacement CAT part within 24 hours or the freight is free. When ordered by 2:00 p.m. EST with overnight delivery. RENTAL If we do not deliver your rental equipment within the promised time, you will receive a certificate for one free day of rental. If we are unable to supply rental equipment from our rental fleet on the date you need, you will receive a certificate for one free day of rental. DIRECT ACCESS Forklifts, Inc. people have the authority to solve your problems on the spot. If we are unable to resolve concerns within 24 hours, your issue will be on the president’s desk for immediate attention.
