Sitdown-Rider Counter Balance Units
This course is loaded with information and exercises accomplished in a five hour time frame with only one 10-minute break. It brings to light the theories and practices of safe lift truck operations. You can be sure that the students will be challenged constantly to learn.

Narrow Aisle Units: Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Stand-up Rider Counter Balance, Walk Behind and Rider Pallet Trucks.
Very Narrow Aisle Equipment: Turrent Trucks and Man-up Units.
This course covers the unique features and functions of the narrow aisle units with a large volume of required subjects. This course requires a full day to be thoroughly understood by course attendees.
8 hour day
5 hours Classroom, 3 hours "Hands-On" Training, 2 Ten Minute Breaks, 30 Minute Lunch Recess |

Refresher courses for both sit-down rider and narrow aisle units are available.
Refresher courses are approximately four hours in length with one 10-minute break. These courses reinforce the details of safe lift truck operation. Recommended only for operators who have attended a complete training course.

| This is a training course for everyone, because all employees in your workplace, including lift truck operators, are pedestrians at one time or another. The course explains the safety precautions and procedures to use when working around lift trucks.

After attending this course, the course attendees will be able to return to their workplace fully capable of successfully putting together a lift truck operator safety course designed specifically for their operation.
All necessary subject material to conduct a class will be taught.
Special emphasis is placed on the importance of proper atmosphere and good attitude in the classroom, which directly affects training results and operator retention.
Sit-Down Rider Counter Balance Units and Narrow Aisle Units are two different classes of units and are taught separately due to the considerable differences in design and configuration, but both are covered in this course. |
